I am having a major case of the GIMMIES with turquoise jewelry, and I have my friend Katie to thank - ever since I saw her sporting the two gorgeous vintage turquoise cuffs from my new favorite Newport Beach boutique Rex and Penny pictured above, I've been a woman obsessed.
